1. Install to home screen

In Chrome: tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home screen. iOS: Share → Add to Home Screen.

2. Enable push notifications

3. OBS scene setup (one-time)

Visit obs.legitimate.one from an allowlisted IP. In OBS, create scenes named exactly:

• Live — Media Source: srt://127.0.0.1:8890?streamid=read:live
• Low-bitrate — looping MP4 card
• Offline — looping MP4 card
• Starting Soon
• BRB

4. IRL Pro on Android

• Protocol: SRTLA
• URL: 65.21.200.56:5000
• Stream ID: publish:live
• 1080p60, 6 Mbps, AAC 128 Kbps
